How will I know my annual association dues were actually paid?

Your payment will be reported to Sentry Management and sent directly to your association. It may take up to 3 business days for this payment to appear on your association account ledger (accessible via Sentry Management’s CommunityPro® PORTAL at: https://www.accesssentrymgt.com/dx/sentrywp/index.html).

Once approved, how will I be able to view my Axiom Bank installment payment loan balance?

Once approved, how will I be able to make my monthly installment payments?

All payments must be made through the Axiom Bank/Quilo website at the following link: https://www.axiombanking.com/associationloan. Customers have the option to setup automatic payments during the initial application process or login to the Axiom Bank/Quilo website at any time to make a payment or sign up for autopay.

The original deadline has passed, and I have a late fee. Can I still apply for an installment payment loan?

Yes, you will have until February 28, 2023, to apply for an installment payment loan. Beginning on January 31, 2023, your outstanding amount will be adjusted to include your association’s delinquency fees and included in your installment payment loan amount.
